T-Mobile Military ONE

T-Mobile Military ONE
A new offer by T-Mobile.
It appears to pencil out to $55 + $25 + $10 + $10 = $100 or $25 per line.
For 5 people it would be $110 or $22 per line.
Take a look at it and comment with your thoughts.

  1. OK, I checked with T-Mobile, and there would be some differences, as we would change from the Simple Choice plan to the Military T-Mobile One plan.

The base cost is the same ($100 for 4 lines) but taxes are included in the military plan. I don't see the actual bill since Bryan is primary, but I would guess that taxes are ~$8 per line??
ONE gives unlimited high speed data where Simple caps at 2.5GB.
ONE adds free Netflix, free 480p video streaming, 1 hr in flight Gogo Wifi, says 3G Hotspot but that may be same as Simple which doesn't specify Hotspot speed.

  3. This does seem like you get more with ONE. Is there any negative with ONE? I am not a heavy user but every once in a while I go over the limit any my reception slows down.

    Per T-Mobile
we call this process change of responsibility and to complete it, the first steps is for the current primary account holder to contact us to release and allow all the number that you would take over.
So I think you need to do the first step.
